Required documents.

If you want to rent a house from Sticklers Vastgoed, we must receive a number of documents from you. Take a good look at the overview below which documents apply to your situation. We request that you place all documents in one PDF file (this can easily be done via the combinepdf.com website).

Are you an employee?

• A short letter to introduce yourself to the landlord
• A color copy of your passport or identity card; please cover your passport photo and social security number!
• An extract from the Municipal Personal Records Database
• 3 copies of your most recent payslips
• Copy of your most recent annual statement
• An employer statement
• Copy of your employment contract
• A no rental debt statement from your current / previous landlord or mortgage statement (if applicable)
• Bank statement for the past 3 months showing the salary payment and rent depreciation (or mortgage payment)
• If you do not meet the income requirement, a guarantor is required. We would like to receive 3 recent payslips from the guarantor, a color copy of the passport or identity card. If the guarantor is married, we would also like to receive a copy of passport or identity card from the guarantor's partner.

Are you a student?

• A short letter to introduce yourself to the landlord;
• A color copy of your passport or identity card; please cover your passport photo and social security number!
• An extract from the Municipal Personal Records Database
• Income overview of your student finance (for example, print screen DUO)
• Proof of the study that you are currently taking
• 3 recent payslips from the guarantor
• A color copy of the guarantor's passport or identity card
• If the guarantor is married, we would also like to receive a copy of passport or identity card from the guarantor's partner.

Are you an entrepreneur/business owner?

• A short letter to introduce yourself to the landlord;
• A color copy of your passport or identity card; please cover your passport photo and social security number!
• An extract from the Municipal Personal Records Database
• An extract from the trade register at the Chamber of Commerce
• Approved annual reports and a current balance sheet and profit and loss account
• If you have not been working as a ZZPER for 3+ years, a guarantor is required. We would like to receive 3 recent payslips from the guarantor, a color copy of the passport or identity card; please cover your passport photo and social security number! If the guarantor is married, we would also like to receive a copy of the passport or identity card from the guarantor's partner
